Art Riley planning new restaurant for North Troy

TROY - The owner of McGreivey's in Waterford, Art Riley, is looking to establish a new restaurant in Lansingburgh at the corner of 125th Street and Second Avenue, according to discussions held at the monthly meeting of the city industrial development agency this morning.

Riley was originally planning to build a bakery and breakfast/lunch operation, possibly to be known as the 'Burgh Café, but has expanded his vision for a larger place that might serve dinner instead of or in addition to breakfast and lunch. The project cost was estimated to be in the vicinity of $1 million by the IDA board.

The process thus far has been like "watching grass grow," said Riley. As the project is still in the planning stages, he was not looking to comment further.

It's awesome to see how much information you'll reveal with Public Property Record. This includes info on ownership history, property tax details, neighbor details and a great deal more.
