The downtown Troy Business Improvement District held its first annual dinner tonight, but a while back we received an invitation with a very striking cover. (Regrets about the poor quality scan.)

According to Liz Young, of the BID, that cover is the work of local freelance artist Delia Hubbard, who was inspired by Victorian-era seed packets. The period theme of the invitation, with coordinating RSVPs, coincides with the upcoming Victorian Stroll.
